Terms of Service
Effective July 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Coshpay (the "Service") is a product of coshlabs LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is — and isn't
The Service is software: it compares fees, fetches live quotes from third-party providers, shows step-by-step routes for moving or converting cryptocurrency, and offers an optional execution feature for supported routes. It is non-custodial: we do not custody, hold, exchange, transmit, or control customer funds. Browsing and comparing requires no wallet connection and no account. The optional execution feature asks you to connect your own wallet solely so that you can sign transactions yourself — we never receive your keys or your funds.
Every transaction described by or executed through the Service is authorized and signed by you, in your own wallet, exchange account, or bank — or performed by regulated third parties you choose to use. Executed conversions settle through third-party routing contracts, not through us. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, payment processor, lender, or investment adviser.
3. Not advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The Service compares the cost of actions you have already decided to take. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions that matter to you.
4. Quotes are estimates
Prices, fees, and quotes come from third-party APIs and public data, and they move constantly. A quote shown on the Service can differ from what you receive when you transact. Values marked as typical or indicative are models, not live quotes — they are labeled as such. Always confirm final numbers in the executing provider's own interface before sending anything. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data on the Service.
5. Third parties are third parties
The Service references and links to independent businesses and protocols — exchanges, bridges, on-ramps, wallets, and networks. We do not control them, operate them, or guarantee them, and they are governed by their own terms. Names appear for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. If a route we describe involves your account at an exchange, that relationship is entirely between you and the exchange.
6. Fees
The informational features of the Service are free. The optional one-signature execution feature carries a software fee of up to 0.20% of the converted amount, capped at $250 per transaction, and automatically reduced where needed so that your all-in cost stays below the published benchmark alternatives shown alongside the quote. The exact fee is displayed as a line item before you sign, is already included in the quoted amounts, and is collected inside your authorized transaction by our routing provider's fee-collection contract — we never take possession of your principal. We may also earn disclosed referral revenue from third parties; rankings and comparisons are always ordered by your cost, never by our revenue.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You may not use it if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where use would be prohibited, and you may not use it to further any unlawful activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion. Execution requests are screened against the U.S. OFAC sanctions list, and execution is unavailable in comprehensively embargoed jurisdictions.
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is"and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, coshlabs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or lost funds, arising from your use of the Service — including actions you take based on information it displays. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes; governing law; contact
We may update the Service and these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: reach us via github.com/coshlabs.
